Pines View Hotel, owned by Highpeakland Realty Development Corporation was conceptualized through the ingenuity of Engr. Romeo U. Aquino and his wife Mrs. Marlyn Nariza M. Aquino. This is somewhat Hispanic European structure's construction started on February 2004.

Consisting of 58 rooms, designs were rooted from the demand of today's tremendous escalation of technology. A function hall, bar, restaurant and café is available for conventions, meeting and the like.

After a year of severe uphill struggle of finishing Pines View Hotel, it now stands gallantly in the middle of scenic views, bounded with a tall pine trees that existed long ago, even before Baguio became a City.
